Muffin to Lose {Week 3}

It's hard to stay motivated when you feel gross because of your monthly visitor.  This week I am changing it up.  I lost like .8 pounds this week.  I blame hormones. I will do better next week.

Every day I am doing calisthenics and weights for 30 minutes.   Arms on Monday and Wednesday and Friday, Legs on Tuesday and Thursdays and Abs (different exercises) everyday.

I found the above workouts on the Active website and at Women's Heath Magazine online.

This week's affirmation and inspiration:
I had a realization... when I am having a craving (during this time of the month it is almost ALWAYS chocolate), it usually comes on really fast and really strong.  If I can calm my mind by deep breathing and meditation on some scripture, I can usually out-last the craving.  It's a little strange, but it works.

    You can do it! Thanks for the pep-talk for us too. I like the exercise titles here, and was grinning at them. Argh. I need to work out more too. Thanks for the reminder. :)
